With little background information about me, I spent most of my life training MMA hunters. The main part of my training life is to train the hunters. Performance, strength, strength and speed are very important for my athletes. This exercise helps you improve all those different elements.

This is the mobility exercise that I devised to help my athletes in Jujutsu. It is a perfect warm up for Jujutsu, but it also increases the power in the gluteus maximus and also extends in the quadriceps.

How to do Mobility Exercise?


The quadriceps are getting tighter.


This will help keep them beautiful, mobile and flexible while strengthening the gluteus on the other side.


What you want to do is to bridge a foot, the opposite hand is on the ground and just get up and go with the knee to the ground. And then you turn your knee to the floor all the time.


When you do this, it is very important that you think about actively squeezing your buttocks to push your hips up.


What it does, is that it increases the stretching of the quadriceps, especially the muscle called Rectus Femoris and that muscle often narrows in combination with the hip, because it works like a hip flexor. By loosening these muscles, we can maintain a healthy hip joint and strengthen the buttocks at the same time.


This is really an exercise in effective mobility. Try to do it before starting to train as part of your warm-up and activate the buttocks that do not fit to sit all day, but at the same time strengthen or extend those quadriceps.

That is a great exercise that you can use to warm up your dynamic mobility. It really works on the length of the quadriceps, especially the Rectus Femoris, and observes the technique and activates and squeezes the buttocks, awakening them. You will use them in your squats, your jumps, your thrusts and all those things. You can be stronger, fitter and more powerful.
